I specialize in helping late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults break free from anxiety, depression, and trauma to live a free and authentic life, using body-based therapies including EFT and AEDP.

I have worked with immigrant youths and families with complex needs since 2017, and possess post-license training in AEDP (Level 1 - AEDP Institute), EFT (Level 1 - ICEEFT), as well as certificate training for ADHD and autism.
